Gary Matthews is a principal of Parkside Partners and Parkside Development Services with over 30 years of experience in design, construction and real estate development. Gary is responsible for all phases of development projects including acquisition due diligence; project entitlements; overseeing the design and construction teams; and construction management of tenant build-outs. Other responsibilities include tracking and controlling budgets and managing project schedules. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Gary is a former Board Member of the Chamblee-Doraville CID and is actively involved with Identify the Mission.
