Parkside and Payscape Inc. formed a joint venture in 2016 to acquire and renovate this two-level, 42,340 SF building. Parkside's full exterior and interior renovation of the building and its parking deck resulted in a unique loft office environment in one of Midtown Atlanta's fastest growing corridors. Features include brick interior walls, skylights, high ceilings, and a pocket park that provides outdoor space for its tenants. Payscape relocated its corporate headquarters to the building and the balance was leased to four other tenants. The partnership sold the uilding to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation in 2021.
