Gary Matthews
Principal

With over 25+ years of experience in design, construction and real estate development, Gary Matthews serves as a Principal at Parkside Partners. Responsible for overseeing the development division and all phases of in-house and third-party developments including acquisition due diligence; project entitlements; overseeing the design and construction teams; and, construction management for all tenant build-outs. Gary also spearheads project schedule management and the tracking and controlling of project budgets. Atlanta native, Gary holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech grad and a MBA from Georgia State University. Gary is an active member of Urban Land Institute, IREM and 12Stone Church.
