Tucker Exchange

Acquired in 2019 by Parkside Partners, Tucker Exchange is a five-level, 248,272 SF office building located on 10 acres in Tucker, Georgia. The building features easy access to the rest of Metro Atlanta, above-market parking ratios, more than 30 nearby restaurants, and a highly unique architectural design, with significant exposed concrete and a dramatic five-story glass atrium. Parkside’s development plans included adding a roof-top deck with dramatic views of the Atlantic skyline and additional on-site amenities. However, Parkside sold the project to a National apartment developer prior to executing it’s development plans.
