Parkside acquired an existing office and warehouse building situated on 8 acres from Honeywell Corporation in the summer of 2017. Using a combination of selective demolition, adaptive reuse and ground-up construction, Parkside will convert the site into Bureau, Technology Park’s first true loft office space. Bureau Phase 1 is a 60,500 SF adaptive reuse of the former Honeywell building. Phase I is fully leased to Brightree, a subsidiary of ResMed (NYSE: RMD), who will be relocating their corporate headquarters to the project. Construction started in March 2019 and will be completed in December 2019. Phase 2 is currently under design and will feature 40,000 SF of highly unique ground up construction.
