Since its inception, Parkside Partners has acquired and/or completed 35 office projects totaling over 1,100,000 SF valued at over $230,000,000, with three projects totaling 150,000 square feet valued at over $40 million slated to be developed in 2016. Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of adaptive re-use projects, boutique office buildings, single-user buildings, as well as new office condominiums. The company has capitalized on the revitalization of in-town Atlanta and the trend of mixed-use developments. Parkside has been involved with nine projects located on the Beltline, and five additional projects within walking distance to MARTA stations.
