Since its inception, Parkside Partners has acquired and completed 13 office projects totaling over 450,000 SF valued at over $90,000,000, with several new projects in the works. Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of adaptive re-use projects, and single-user buildings, as well as new office condominiums. This portfolio is broken up into three categories: planned developments, completed projects, and available space.
