Parkside, in a joint-venture with RACO, purchased this 22,000 SF office/warehouse located on 2.8 acres in Chamblee in January 2008. The site is located less than 1.5 miles from the to be redeveloped General Motors plant in Doraville. The building has been leased and occupied by Ingersoll Rand, who recently relocated. Parkside just sold this building to Atlanta Gas and Light in 2010. Renovations are expected to start in March of 2011, AGL’s planned redevelopment includes interior update, exterior improvements, and new landscaping.
