Parkside Partners is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and brokerage firm.  Founded in 2003, Parkside has quickly become recognized as a leader in the development of office and commercial condominiums, boutique office buildings and adaptive reuse projects.

Since its inception, Parkside has completed eight projects totaling over 250,000 square feet and has three additional projects under construction totaling 150,000 square feet. Parkside's portfolio includes the development of new office condominiums, single-user buildings and unique renovation projects.  Parkside has capitalized on the revitalization of in-town Atlanta and the growing trend of mixed-use developments with projects such as Glassworks in Midtown West, Inman Alley in Inman Park Village, Brasfield Overlook in Glenwood Park and, currently under construction, Vinings Main in the historic Vinings district.  Other projects inlude Tech Corner, a joint venture with CARTER in Technology Park/Atlanta and the development of the Harry Norman Jr. Building.
