Parkside, in a joint venture with CARTER, purchased 3.5 acres in Technology Park
in October 2005, and developed two 23,000 square foot office buildings.  The
buildings are leased to IVY PREPARATORY ACADEMY, a tuition-free, public middle
school option to students in Gwinnett County and surrounding Metro Atlanta
communities.  Ivy Prep provides families with a highly rigorous, college-preparatory
curriculum supported by a small, structured school culture.
