In 2003, Parkside purchased and rezoned one acre located at 532 East Paces Ferry for the development of a 32,000 SF office condominium. In February 2004, Parkside agreed to develop and sell the building to Harry Norman Realtors for its corporate headquarters. Construction started in October 2004 and was completed in November 2005.
