Kyle Jenks

Kyle is the principal of Parkside Partners, and has 23 years experience in marketing and developing commercial real estate in Atlanta. Founded in March 2003, Parkside has become recognized as a leader in the development of office and commercial condominiums and boutique single-user buildings.

Since its inception, Parkside has acquired and/or completed 13 office projects totaling over 450,000 square feet valued at over $90,000,000. The company has capitalized on the revitalization of in-town Atlanta and the growing trend of mixed-use developments with projects including The Blue Horse at Inman Park Village, Brasfield Overlook at Glenwood Park, and the Offices of Vinings Main.

Kyle serves on the boards of Trinity Community Ministries, N.W. Atlanta Young Life, and several other charitable organizations. He is past-president of the Buckhead Lions Club and serves as a mentor to The Lost Boys of Sudan. Kyle is a native of Atlanta, and a graduate of The University of Georgia.

Gary Matthews

Gary Matthews joined Parkside Partners in 2005 and is responsible for all phases of development including financial analysis for all projects, due diligence liaison with lenders; overseeing the design and construction team; and coordinating tenant buildouts.  Other responsibilities include tracking and controlling budgets; managing project schedules; and directing the property management company for all developments.

Gary was previously Vice President with The Griffin Company managing in-house development deals and build-to-suit projects for corporate clients.  He was also responsible for due diligence for all land acquisitions; directing all outside consultants including zoning attorneys, architects and engineers; and overseeing the entire construction process. Prior to Griffin, he was Project Manager with RJ Griffin and Company, where he was responsible for over 750,000 square feet of office and institutional projects.  His primary responsibility was managing construction budgets, schedules and quality control.

Gary graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.  He is an Active Member of ULI, Georgia State Real Estate Alumni Group, and the Council for Quality Growth.
