Parkside Partners is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and brokerage firm.  Founded in March 2003, Parkside quickly became recognized as a leader in the development of office and commercial condominiums and boutique single-user office buildings.

Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of new office condominiums, adaptive re-use projects, and single-user buildings such as The Harry Norman, Jr. Building. The Company has capitalized on the revitalization of in-town Atlanta and the growing trend of mixed-use developments with its projects including The Blue Horse in Iman Park Village and The Offices of Vinings Main. Parkside has been involved with five (5) projects located on the Beltline, and four (4) additional projects within walking distance to MARTA stations.

Kyle Jenks is a principal of Parkside Partners, and has 26 years experience in marketing and developing commercial real estate in Atlanta. Kyle is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day activities for Parkside including identifying acquisition and development opportunities; securing of equity and financing; project branding and marketing strategies; business development; and investor/partner relationships. Kyle is a native of Atlanta, a member of the Urban Land Institute 2010 Center for Leadership, and a graduate of the University of Georgia.


Gary Matthews is a principal of Parkside Partners and is responsible for all phases of development including financial analysis for all projects, acquisition due diligence; overseeing the design and construction teams; and, construction management for all tenant build-outs. Other responsibilities include tracking and controlling budgets; managing project schedules; and, directing the property management services for all developments. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Gary is a member of Urban Land Institute and is the Fundraising Chair for the Georgia State Real Estate Alumni Group.
