Parkside Partners is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and acquisition firm. Founded by Kyle Jenks in March 2003 Parkside quickly became recognized as a leader in the development of intown loft office buildings, commercial condominiums, and boutique single-user office buildings. With a long history of experience in commercial development, marketing and property management, Parkside’s team has a proven track record of success. Parkside Partners strives to constantly generate new opportunities in real estate while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Since its inception, Parkside has acquired and/or developed 35 projects totaling over 1,100,000 square feet valued at over $230 million. Parkside currently has 7 projects totaling over 500,000 square feet either under development or slated to begin in 2016, including two Transit Oriented Developments – Trackside , an 80,000 square foot office project in a joint venture with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate at the Chamblee MARTA Station, and 16th Station, a 40,000 square foot loft office building adjacent to the Arts Center Station.
Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of new office condominiums, adaptive re-use projects, and single-user buildings such as The Harry Norman Jr. Building. The Company has capitalized on the revitalization of in-town Atlanta and the trend of mixed-use developments with its projects including The Blue Horse in Inman Park Village and The Offices of Vinings Main. Parkside has been involved with nine projects located on the Beltline, and five additional projects within walking distance to MARTA stations.
Parkside’s success is based on relationships with its clients, partners, lenders and investors. Recent partnerships include Wood Partners, CARTER, and Pattillo Industrial Real Estate. Additionally, Parkside has provided development consulting services for Piedmont Hospital, The Cousins Foundation, and the Hardin Family Partnership. Parkside’s focus is meeting each client’s individual needs. Recent clients include Hanger, URS Corporation, and Sterling Risk Advisors.
