
In August 2003, Parkside acquired this 16,000 SF multi-tenant office building, which was 75% leased at closing. Parkside planned to renovate the building and convert it into an office condominium. After negotiating buy-outs of the existing tenants and completing architectural plans and permits for the planned renovation, Parkside sold the building to Peachtree Planning Corporation for its corporate headquarters in July 2004.
